I went to post my Baltimore pick 10 mins after midnight sunday. I have that documented in bucsfans baseball thread Sunday night. I think its unfair that I cant get my pick in 10 mins after midnight on Sunday. A full 13 hours before any of the games for that week starts.

Baltimore 1-0 so far.

Very unfair if you ask me. I paid 200 bucks for this contest. I was 1 of the season to date contenders until now.

The samething happened to others in other weeks.....including myself!

The rules are the same for everybody, so we/myself have nobody to blame by ourselves.

All is fair in love and war!

I don't know, I could get killed for this statement. I truly don't see a huge advantage waiting until Sunday to post. I have the schedules printed out and you will know pitcher matchups by Friday.

However, if you are trailing someone by 1 or 2 games...I can see waiting to ensure you pick a different team than the leader. Of course, you could always pick a team he has already picked.

Chop-
I dont believe anyone paid any $ to enter this contest. We deposited in Hollywood and was able to play with the $ until rollover requirements. On a side note, I hope your Braves have a better record than the Padres this week so I have a shot at monthly prize. Not good start with ump homecooking last night.

Good luck all!

Unfair? Gotta have some kind of deadline.....no matter what that deadline is, someone could claim it's unfair because they missed it by 10 minutes...

I did miss it by 10 mins. No big deal. You guys are right about not paying for the contest. It was basically a free contest when you think about it. I was not with Hollywood until I signed up for this contest, and I have to say im satisfied with my service there. I just wish there was a little bit more flexability.
Midnight Sunday is a little early if you ask me. Baltimore is probably going to have a great week. It would have put me right near the top of the standings.

It is a tough break Chop. However gotta follow the rules. I think April 15 is quite a bit early to have to send in my tax payment. I just wish the government was a little more flexible too.

I was working 13 to 16 hour days preparing for our poker tournament and by the time I remembered it was Sunday night around 2 am.

I'm mad at myself, but it was my own fault.
